We want you to love everything you buy from Meifu Market. If you're not 100% satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Underwear, socks, earrings, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (the box must not be damaged or used as shipping box)
- Electronics must be in original packaging with all accessories included
2. Free Return Options (We Pay the Return Shipping!)
To make returns completely risk-free, we offer 2 easy options:
Option A - Free Return Label (Recommended)
Contact us within 30 days → we send you a prepaid return label → you drop off at your local post office → full refund issued within 48 hours after we receive it.
Option B - Return on Your Own
You can ship the item back yourself. Once we receive and inspect it, we refund the full product price + your original shipping fee.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at meifu@meifumarket.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We reply within 12-24 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item safely and ship it back to the address we provide
- Track your return shipment (if using your own shipping method)
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Money will be returned to your original payment method (PayPal → PayPal, credit card → credit card)
- Refunds typically appear in 3-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at support@meifu.shop with photos of the issue
- We'll send a free replacement or provide a full refund
- We cover all shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
- No need to return the damaged item in most cases
6. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help you arrange an exchange. We'll do our best to get you the right product quickly.
7. Return Address
The return address will be provided in your return confirmation email. Our warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, swimwear)
- Pierced jewelry (earrings)
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
